New Database Support Services
Vanatec OpenAccess for .NET currently supports Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Firebird, Sybase iAnywhere Advantage Database Server and SQL Anywhere. Other database will be supported depending on market requests. If you need your database supported now, read further.
Process
First of all, send your request to support@vanatec.com to check, if we got your database in the pipeline already. If we don't, we will make a statement, if we are open to support your database based on the conditions below.
If we confirm to support your database on the conditions here, you can go ahead and order "New Database Support" in written form (fax, mail), specifying your database and release and confirming the conditions below. Your order will be confirmed by us.
Once the new database has been added, we will release a official new version and make that available. The new database will be supported at the same level as all supported databases. So newer versions will be added as they go to market.
Timing
Upon reception of your order, we commit to deliver the new database support within 6 weeks. You might request a certain and earlier delivery data which needs to be reviewed and confirmed by us.
Licenses, Support and Pricing
The "New Database Support" package includes 8 Development Licenses including one year Standard Support plus one year Premium Support for one developer.
Total cost of this package is € 9.000 / $ 13,500 / £ 7.000 net. Payment will be splitted in 2 parts: 50% will be due 10 days upon ordering and the remaining 50% 10 days upon release.
